EASIER AND FASTER: Tarlac State University adopts cashless disbursement of payouts through its partnership with LandBank.
In line with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), and the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Tarlac State University will adopt an automated payout system starting April 2026. This system will help make the release of financial assistance easier and faster for student beneficiaries.
Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) and Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantees’ payouts will now be released through LANDBANK’s digital banking platform. Grantees are required to open a LANDBANK PISO Plus account for the direct crediting of their financial assistance. This digital system ensures faster, safer, and real-time access to funds while reducing on-campus queues and improving service efficiency for scholars.
